| What makes you geeky? |
Technically, I’m not a geek. But I am geeky. I love science and technology and the exciting future that knowledge and innovation are taking us. In 2000 I fell in love with the Internet and invested everything in a failed attempt to launch a great idea. I recovered from that, but not from the fever that has burned in me since to take the core concepts I saw and bring them to life online someday. |
| What do you love most about Santa Cruz? |
I’ve lived almost everywhere in Santa Cruz County over the course of 30 plus years. I love the natural beauty of the region, the variety it offers, and the people and the culture it nurtures. I would rather live on the street here than in a house anywhere else. And that’s a fact. |
